The Lantern Project is a counter trafficking nonprofit in the greater Charlotte area. We offer training to businesses, churches, schools, and families that focuses on human trafficking and sexual exploitation awareness and prevention, with a heavy emphasis on online safety. This year marks our 5th Anniversary as a nonprofit serving this area.
We have a wide range of projects and initiatives, including our street of safe houses, Freedom Drive. These Lantern Houses are fully staffed safe houses for survivors of human trafficking and exploitation. We work to support and empower survivors as they begin their journey of healing and rebuilding.
We have experienced exponential growth and support from our community in 2025, and we hope to share more with you at our upcoming Lantern Gala! We would love the opportunity to better serve this community with your partnership and find out which services and resources can best assist you!
We’re excited to announce The Lantern Project’s 5th Annual Gala! Mark your calendars for Thursday, December 4, 2025, and join us at the charming Kettle Room at Cabarrus Brewing Company in Concord, NC for an unforgettable evening of community, celebration, and impact.
We’re so excited for you to join us! Once you receive a promo code from your table sponsor, you will be able to reserve your free ticket and make your entree selection. We’ve included step-by-step instructions, but if you have any questions, please feel free to reach out, and we will gladly assist.
Click on the “Get Tickets” button, and then select the tickets from the drop-down menu of the Table Sponsor Guest ticket type.
Add the promo code provided in the top left corner (This should reduce the cost of your ticket to become a FREE ticket. If it does not, please try again or contact info@thelantern.net to resolve this for you.)
Select ‘checkout‘
From here, you’ll simply enter your information, select your entree, and confirm the name of the table host you will be seated with on the order form.
Once submitted, you will receive a confirmation email containing your ticket(s), and we’ll also send you a reminder email closer to the event! This will greatly speed up our check-in process, as we will simply scan the barcode at the Gala!
