About Us
The Oklahoma Lantern Project
The Oklahoma Lantern Project is a subset of The Lantern Project, a 501c3 non profit organization designed to train and empower companies and individuals to make a positive social impact in the fight against sex trafficking and sexual exploitation. The Oklahoma Lantern Project was specifically created to support the Native Nations and their communities, providing information and resources to address the vulnerabilities of these populations from the unique and complex problems they face.
Together, we can combat human trafficking, enslavement, and exploitation on three fronts:
- EDUCATION
- IDENTIFICATION
- community empowerment
Generations will remember what we do today
Our Vision
To eliminate human trafficking and sexual exploitation in the United States through far-reaching education methods, unique victim identification models and community empowerment.
The beauty of The Lantern is the simplicity. It offers a light of hope and illuminates a path to safety.
If everyone does something, however small, then as our network grows the impact will be significant.
